How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps:

1. Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your bag).

2. ‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

3. Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my order?

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

How will I get confirmation that my order is successfully placed?

We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified. And if it’s COD, sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.

How should I check the status of my order?

If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your account.

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email.

I tried placing my order using my credit card/debit card/net banking; while the order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?

i. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days.

Cancellation & Related Queries

How do I cancel my Order?

You can raise cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the Orders section.

After submitting the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your bank account in case of credit card/debit card/net banking transactions within 24 working hours.

If you have accepted the shipment and paid using cash on delivery, we wont be able to refund your money.

For prepaid orders, the refund amount will reflect in your bank account within 24 working hours.

Payment Mode

Are there any charges?

You will be levied a COD charge of Rs.50 or 1.75% of the invoice amount for every order. These are the charges from logistics service provider, the same will be passed on to the customer.

Is it safe to shop online if I am making payment using net banking/ credit card/ debit card?

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

Why am I not getting any COD option on my payment page?

It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

What is the shipping philosophy of O Womania?

Return Policy
  1. Products purchased from, are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
  2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Once we have received the products and quality check is done; the product amount will be credited back to his/her bank account (for debit card/credit card/net banking transactions).
  4. To schedule a return, you need to email the return form to you are requested to self-ship the product(s). You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

Refund Policy

What are the rules of Courier charges refund? customer.

1. In case if you want to return multiple products we request you to kindly raise a return request for each product.

Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed our cash-back rate of INR 100. For every return, please produce the courier/speed post receipt to claim your courier charges refund.

We recommend use ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

Courier refund rates are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long does the refund process take?

The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your O Womania wallet as store credits.
